The Toshiba 15DLV76 LCD/ DVD combination features a 15" 4x3, Amorphous (a-Si) Silicon TFT LCD Display with 1024x768 Pixel Resolution, perfect for viewing standard television signals and DVD movies. The Built-in Slot Loading DVD player design is convenient and saves space. The 15DLV76 is DivX® Home Theater Certified and allows playback of DivX, AVI and MPEG4 (.ASF) compressed files downloaded from the internet from a personal computer and stored on a CD-R/RW. The JPEG Viewer enables a user to conveniently display digital photographs on the LCD screen.
The Value of LCD TVs

This player is also DivX home theater certified, which means it display popular Internet video formats, such as DivX & AVI. Similarly, MP3 and WMA-encoded music files recorded to disc will play nicely.

The Toshiba 15DLV76 is HDTV-Ready which means that it does not have a digital tuner built into it. With the addition of a digital cable box, you can receive and display HD quality images and programs. All HD signals will be converted to 480p and displayed clearly and smoothly.
